How we make training work for you

Two locations. One focused approach.

Home Sessions

We come to you

No commute, no parking, no gym membership required. We bring the equipment and the expertise to your space. Home sessions work in apartments, villas, or outdoor areas. We adapt to what you have available and make it effective.

Many clients find training at home removes the biggest barrier to showing up consistently. When your session fits into your morning routine without requiring a 45-minute round trip, skipping becomes much harder to justify.

Private Studio

A space built for focus

Our studio in Bab Al Louq is quiet, private, and fully equipped. No crowds, no waiting for machines, no distractions. Just you, your trainer, and the work. The environment is designed to help you concentrate on what matters.

Studio sessions suit clients who want access to a wider range of equipment or who prefer to keep their training separate from their home space. Both options deliver the same quality of programming and coaching.

Program Design

Your program, not a template

Every client starts with a detailed assessment covering current fitness level, movement patterns, health history, and what you actually want to achieve. That information shapes a program that's yours alone.

Programs get reviewed and updated regularly. As your fitness improves, the work adjusts to keep pace. Nothing is static because your body isn't static either.

See the Process
Real fitness progress happens when your program fits your life, not when you reshape your life to fit a program. That's the principle we build everything around.

Program areas we cover

Different goals, different tools. All under one roof.

Strength & Resistance

Building functional strength through compound movements, progressive overload, and smart recovery. Suitable from complete beginners to experienced lifters.

Mobility & Recovery

Flexibility, joint health, and active recovery work. Often the missing piece that unlocks better performance across every other area of training.

Nutrition Awareness

General guidance on eating patterns that support your training goals. We explain the principles and help you build habits that last beyond the program.

Questions people ask before starting

Honest answers to common concerns.

Not at all. Many of our clients start with no prior training experience. The initial assessment helps us understand exactly where you are, and your program begins from that point. We don't assume any baseline and we never compare your starting point to anyone else's.

For most home sessions, minimal or no equipment is required. We design programs around what you have and what we can bring. Bodyweight training alone can be highly effective, and we can introduce additional tools gradually as your training develops.

This depends entirely on your goals, recovery capacity, and schedule. During your assessment, we'll discuss what's realistic for your life. Consistency over a longer period matters far more than cramming in sessions. Two well-structured sessions per week can produce meaningful results.

Yes. We take detailed health history into account during the assessment and work around existing conditions. For more complex medical situations, we coordinate with relevant healthcare providers to make sure training supports rather than conflicts with any treatment. Safety is always the starting point.

The coaching quality and program depth are identical in both settings. The studio offers access to a wider range of equipment and a dedicated training environment. Home sessions offer convenience and the comfort of your own space. Some clients mix both depending on the week. We're flexible about which works best for you.

We track session performance, movement quality, and goal-relevant markers over time. Every client has a record of their training that we review together regularly. Progress looks different for different goals, and we measure what actually matters for yours specifically.
